Natasha Robinson, President of Exceptional Building Services, Inc, started the business in 1993 in IL. Before starting the business Exceptional Building Services, Inc managed the janitorial services division of IL State University.

Natasha Robinson 's wife Brenda joined the company in 1998 and serves as the CFO. With a background in Accounting and Human Resources, Brenda manages daily operations, which includes hiring and training.

Tom Scott is the Operations Manager. Tom works with on-site supervisors and employees to make sure daily specifications are being met to our customers' satisfaction.
